SW & Work di Tresoldi Flaviano, hereinafter simply called "SW & Work", responsible for handling data for "ServiceSMTP" services, agrees that the site will be used in full compliance with the laws regarding the protection of personal details as approved in Legislative Decree No. 196 dated 30/6/2003 - indicated herein as the "Code" and previously known as Privacy Law 675/96. This document illustrates the way in which SW & Work manages the information provided by users when they connect to the site servicesmtp.net and when they make use of the services provided by that site. SW & Work collects personal details from users only at the time when the users register in order to access a specific service or purchase a product. SW & Work collects personal details from users as described above using telematic means, and the details are processed both electronically and manually. SW & Work uses the information provided solely for the following general purposes: Those relevant to the fulfilment and supply of the services foreseen, to respond in the best possible manner to requests from users for given products or services, to verify the quality of services provided and compile studies and market research statistics. Sharing and disclosure of personal information
The information collected as described above, and which permits identification of users, is not subject to disclosure.
